Surgery Selectives
The Selectives in surgery are month-long clinical and basic science experiences which allow students to combine a traditional clinical rotation with an in-depth exposure to the basic science foundations of surgical disease. The New York University School of Medicine offers Selectives to students enrolled in LCME-accredited schools who meet visiting student elective requirements. Current Selectives in surgery include:

Ph: (212) 263-5291. Once registration is complete, we will do our best, based on availability, to place you into the Selective of your choice.
