GRAND ROUNDS: The next Department of Surgery Grand Rounds will be on Wednesday, October 29, 2008 at 7:30am in Alumni Hall B. Dr. Thomas Maldonado will present on "The Future of Endovascular Repair of Abdominal and Thoracic Aortic Aneurysms." Please mark your calendars with the date and time. Dr. Thomas Diflo presented Transplant Grand Rounds yesterday on "Transplant Tourism" at the Mayo Clinic in Rochester. The talk was simulcast to the Mayo Clinics in Scottsdale and Jacksonville.
Dr. Thomas Riles presented the following at the American College of Surgeons' 94th Annual Clinical Congress (October 12-15, 2008) "What is the Optimal Technique for Performing a Carotid Endarterectomy?"
