MANDATORY CODE OF CONDUCT & HIPAA TRAINING - It is mandatory for all faculty members, officers, full-and part-time employees, students, and volunteers to complete this training by July 31, 2009.The two-part, on-line session consists of:

Code of Conduct (10-15 minute "open book" quiz on the Code) 

HIPAA Awareness (24 minute refresher on HIPAA Privacy and Security)

Dr. Lewis Teperman gave a poster presentation on 7/11/09 at the ILTS 15th Annual International Congress in New York, NY: "Emtricitabine/Tenofovir DF (FTC/TDF) Fixed Dose Combination In Patients With Normal And Impaired Renal Function Post Orthotopic Liver Transplant (OLT) For Prevention Of Chronic Hepatitis B (CHB) Recurrence In The Presence Or Absence Of HBIG: Updated Safety Analysis."  Lewis Teperman, James Spivey, Fred Poordad, Thomas Schiano, Derek Coombs, Jane Anderson, David Oldach, Franck Rousseau.
