Fellowship Program Application

Candidates should be board eligible or board certified in general surgery. We participate in the abdominal transplant surgery fellowship match (www.nrmp.org). All candidates will need to go through the match process for final determination of placement into the program. Accepted applicants must obtain a New York State medical license or permit as well as pass the credentialing by NYU Hospitals Center.

1. Curriculum Vitae
2. 2 Letters of Recommendation
3. Letter of intent detailing why you want to join the transplant fellowship program
4. Copy of Medical School Diploma
5. Copy of USMLE Scores
6. Documentation of Registration for the Fellowship Match (www.nrmp.org)
